i submitted a ticket to LUG to release my frustration here was my letter...i did not care about the reply i just wanted to release my frustation.

is there nothing else you could do to get back my items. i had been playing the game for 3 years and i had never asked for any favor. i have read your no hack compensation but from what i know it was just a bug that caused my items to get lost. to you reader this is your lucky day for i am to tell you how much i have enjoyed playing ragnarok. ragnarok is a nice game where you could meet friends, enjoy company with friends, it has taught me a lot of things. remember during those days where you had nothing to do but to go online and enjoy the game, i guess i will miss those days.

i really like watching those cute characters, like the poring, the fabre and specially the lunatic. i am sure you would agree with me if i say they are so cute. i really like partying with people, those strong characters where you go hunt bad bosses to prove other plays how strong you are. i enjoyed those times leveling up in GH heal bomb towards those undead monsters.

how lucky i was when a friend of mine went hunting for the boss they call Ghostring...i was able to get a card and that was a very happy feeling for me. we tried to hunt ghostring 3-4 times but could not get any card anymore that we decided to hunt for a GTB boss but we were so unlucky, couldnt even get any drops from that GTB boss. i enjoyed borrowing zennies from co players just to try my luck in breaking of armors to produce quality +9 or +10 armors. i was able to do such but i was saddened that a friend of mine hacked my account..that was my first hack actually but i did not care, i just said to myself i will bring back my items and continue playing.so i did continue playing..i informed my guildmates about such matters and i was surprised on how good they are...they gave me items which i could start off from, it really helped me a lot and i thank them for that..

after 5 months i got all my items back...i played the game during siege hours enjoying the company, the trash talk the chatting and the companionship...its an addicting game then now..if you could recall there were problems during sieges of maps being disconnected..i think that took 2 weeks of fixing but where was i ..i was there still playing the game i have loved to play...then after some time of being disconnected from siege the maps were restored everything were back in place..still continued enjoying the game but after some time the problems came back..i even remember weeks ago when you could not restore chaos and Thursday siege was canceled and also with Saturday that you even had to ask help from korean engineers or developers of the game to fix it...i patiently waited ... then when siege was up....it was game time...i played...then suddenly valkryie map crashed and could not be restored...i didnt know that would be the last time i would see my items...i thought it was only a bug..then later on..i reported a ticket and followed up the ticket and now i am saddened by your reply...i have no plans of bad mouthing you, nor to tell you how pissed i am. i sent you this letter hoping you would know how it feels to be in my shoes and to all those people who had experienced such situation.
