Error

Error in internet connection is what i am suffering right now. Eeeerr!!!
And I am pissed!! *pif*

It really is strange I already called this to my ISP but according to the representative that assisted me they don't know what causes my modem not getting signal at all. Here's the thing that irritates me, the representative said there was no recorded service call I made last Nov. 1 and the only service call recorded that I made was on Nov. 3. But in fact I did call last Nov. 1. Someone even assisted me and tried to reset my IP. I explained to him what happen and yet he insisted that it doesn't show in the system. I am starting to get pissed during that conversation but i tried to control it. Ok fine if that's what it is. I just told him to send staff(s) over at our house to check my line and inspect my modem asap. My modem seemed to be defective.. >_< Hayz. Good thing i have it insured I need not to pay for the replacement or even buy for a new one.

Bye for now... I've just been continuing this post due to the constant disconnection and I am expecting that later again I'll be totally disconnected. *teary*

It's been 5 days now that I don't have good internet connection these days... *sob*
